With aluminum elements you take advantage of the excellent heat-conducting properties of aluminum, with fast and uniform heating along aluminum sections.

Designed to overcome all drawbacks of traditional heating systems. Backer’s aluminum elements products guarantee noiseless operation, perfect performance and optimal efficiency. The large finned surface allows 86% of the heat to be quickly and uniformly transferred through convection moving a considerable volume of air at low temperature if correctly installed in appliances. This results in expansion of about 1% of the length and a maximum temperature of 350°C.

Technical data

The maximum permitted working temperature is 350 °C, which corresponds to approximately 15W/cm specific power at natural convection depending on the section design. An aluminum element can have an electrical connection at one end or at both. An element properly positioned and installed – with consideration is taken to an expansion of about 1% of the length and a maximum temperature of 350° – establish the conditions for an optimal heating solution.
