Termorad is located in Radom, 100km from Warsaw. The main market for Termorad is the Polish industry related elements market. The company is market leader in Poland when it comes to rail, infrastructure and refrigeration.

Termorad has a turnover of 10mPLN (2.5 m €) and has 30 employees. The principal owner and CEO Harald Komosa will continue to be responsible for Termorad after the acquisition. The acquisition of Termorad strengthens Backers position on the industrial market in Poland. It also strengthens our position as the market leader internationally in the infrastructure segment of the railway industry.
